Full Job Description About Us:
We are a growing technology integration company seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians to join our team in Wylie, TX. Our projects range across multifamily developments, educational campuses, and commercial construction environments. We install and service structured cabling, audio/video systems, access control, and surveillance systems (CCTV).Job Description:
As a Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, terminating, and testing. You will work on systems including but not limited to: Audio/Video distribution and installation Structured cabling (Cat6, Fiber) Security systems (Access Control, CCTV)THIS IS NOT DATA CENTER WORK. WE DO NOT NEED DATA CENTER TECHS. WE CANNOT RELOCATE YOU. DO NOT APPLY.
This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments—especially during extremely hot Texas summers.IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE DO NOT APPLY, PLEASE.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber cables Install AV equipment, speakers, TVs, cameras, access control panels Follow detailed prints, diagrams, and scope of work documents Use hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional communication Work independently or as part of a team under a lead technician or project managerRequirements:
2+ years experience in low voltage (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation and basic tool set Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat for extended periods Willingness to travel to job sites across the DFW area Strong work ethic and positive attitudeCompensation:
