Cable Technician

Description Interpret Cable Maps & Labels:

Accurately read and understand cable maps, labeling systems, and documentation to ensure proper routing and installation.

Rack & Stack Equipment:

Install, secure, and organize network and server equipment within racks and cabinets according to industry and site standards.

Fiber Installation:

Pull, route, and stage fiber trunks (including 144-count and 288-count bundles), as well as install and manage patch cords for connectivity.

Cable Dressing & Pathway Management:

Properly dress and secure cabling to match the designated pathway type, such as basket tray or fiber runner systems, ensuring clean, organized, and standards-compliant installations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
