What You'll Be Doing Install cable trays and build server racks Pull cable and fiber throughout massive data center spaces Learn to punch down and terminate fiber connections Route and dress cables using fish tape, J-hooks, D-rings, and more Perform grounding, fire-stopping, and low-voltage terminations Follow blueprints and complete documentation with precision Support technicians and team leads on large-scale infrastructure projects What You'll Learn Telecom color codes and termination techniques Blueprint reading and construction best practices Data center buildout processes from start to finish Industry safety and quality standards What You Bring Experience with hand tools and basic construction tasks Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness to learn Comfort working at heights and in active construction zones

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
