Diesel Mechanic Technician

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and rental equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
• Weld and solder parts as needed
• Perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction Equipment you would work on includes but is not limited to skid steers, mini excavators, scissor lifts, trenchers, stump grinders, Boom Lifts, Big Excavators, Rollers, Dozers, etc.

Qualifications:

• Diesel Tech School Encouraged
• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or similar role
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and systems
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
