In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel vehicles with a focus on Ford models, ensuring top-quality service for our customers. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on diesel engines and related systems. Repair and replace defective parts and components efficiently. Conduct routine preventive maintenance on Ford diesel vehicles. Maintain detailed records of services and repairs performed. Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service. Stay current with manufacturer updates, recalls, and technical service bulletins. Requirements Proven experience as a diesel technician, preferably with Ford diesel vehicles. Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair, diagnostics, and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams. ASE certification is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
