We're looking to hire and develop the best! If you are looking for a challenge and want to continue growing your technical skills apply today and take your career to the next level! Senior Technicians are responsible for diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs. Technicians create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions for needed parts. They are also responsible for tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and for turning in parts with core value. Technicians must also communicate updates to their Foreman daily and must maintain toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe. Technicians perform tasks and possess skills noted below and have efficiency ratings of 85% or above.Responsibilities & Skills Assessment:
A-Level Technician:
Proficient on all vehicle component repairs Able to diagnose all vehicle component failures Competent in root cause failure analysis Vibration analysis Aftertreatment repairs Aftertreatment diagnosticsB-Level Technician:
Advanced diagnostics skills Complete engine repairs within SRT time Complex chassis repairs within SRT time Knowledgeable on all vehicle component repairsHVAC Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent Mechanical aptitude Positive attitude Dedication to Excellence Motivated Team Oriented Desire toSucceed Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background checkCompensation:
Hourly $39- 50/hr.
