As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Lead Mobile Diesel Technician who's ready to play a hands-on role in shaping our technician team and setting the standard for service excellence across all markets.

The Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Lead Mobile Diesel Technician with expertise in Class 3-Class 8 vehicles. This individual will serve as a go-to leader across our technician teams, providing advanced diagnostics, expert repairs, and real-time guidance for field techs and teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium to heavy-duty vehicles, including Class A tractors. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision. Serve as a technical mentor and support lead to mobile technicians in other markets. Ensure quality and safety standards are met across all work performed. Assist Directors and Project Managers with onboarding and training of new technicians. Communicate with service coordinators, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

15+ years of hands-on experience in diesel truck repair, including diagnostics on engine, transmission, aftertreatment, and electrical systems. Experience with mobile fleet service preferred. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software (OEM and universal). Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to travel occasionally to support other markets as needed. Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required). ASE certifications or OEM-specific training a plus.
