Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. Position Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of diesel mechanic experience. Journeyman-level capabilities preferred, with the ability to independently diagnose and repair a wide range of fleet equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and diesel engine diagnostics and repair. Proficient in the use of truck diagnostic software and diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on trucks and trailers. Must be capable of changing and repairing tires as needed. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be dependable, motivated, and a self-starter with a positive attitude. Must be able to follow directions, adhere to company policies and procedures, and remain focused on assigned tasks to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. Position Details Full-time position 8-10 hour shifts Overtime opportunities available as business needs require Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated abilities.
