Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair diesel, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Perform detailed inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools/software Complete accurate estimates and repair documentation Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes, filters, lubrication, tune-ups) Rebuild, adjust, and replace equipment components for performance and longevity Ensure equipment meets safety and industry standards Maintain clear and professional service records Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environmentQualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience as a Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic (rental industry a plus!) Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset paired with solid attention to detail Clean driving record and reliable transportation Vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship completed (preferred, not required) Effective communication skills and a team-first attitudeWhy You'll Love Working Here:
