Job Description

Help Build the Fleet That Powers Zenith At Zenith Facility Services, reliable equipment keeps our customers happy, our drivers moving, and our business growing. We're looking for an experienced Fleet & Equipment Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving mechanical problems, and believes in preventive maintenance. As one of the first members of our maintenance team, you'll help build the maintenance program that supports our growing fleet throughout the Denver Metro area. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial sweepers, diesel trucks, pickups, trailers, skid steers, forklifts, and related equipment Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and scheduled services Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and driveline components Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records Help manage parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop Work closely with Operations to maximize fleet availability and minimize downtime Respond to occasional field service calls when necessary Qualifications We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety focused, and takes pride in doing the job right.
Requirements:
Three or more years of fleet, diesel, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle maintenance experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements The following are a plus: Commercial sweeper experience Welding and fabrication ASE certifications CDL Class B or higher Compensation & Benefits Starting pay is based on experience, technical ability, certifications, and demonstrated diagnostic skills.
Benefits include:
