We are looking for a skilled, dependable mechanic to join our team, someone with strong mechanical aptitude, who is comfortable diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and working across a variety of vehicles, diesel engines, equipment, trailers and RV systems. This position is ideal for a well-rounded technician who can diagnose a problem—not just replace parts . Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Perform general automotive and equipment repairs Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems Perform RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and accessory repairs Troubleshoot starting, charging, battery, wiring, and 12V/120V electrical systems Perform preventive maintenance and inspections Accurately identify needed repairs and communicate findings Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards What We're Looking For Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Experience with automotive, truck, diesel, heavy equipment, or RV repair Ability to use diagnostic equipment, multimeters, scan tools, and standard shop equipment Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision Good attention to detail Dependable attendance and professional attitude Valid driver's license Personal tools appropriate for your experience level Honesty and Loyalty RV experience is strongly preferred but not necessarily required for an experienced mechanic who is willing and able to learn RV systems. Experience with diesel diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, generators, hydraulics, trailers, or commercial equipment is a major plus. On-Site

performs a wide variety of mechanical, RV, diesel, equipment, electrical, and HVAC-related repairs. Because of the variety of work that comes through our shop, we're looking for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting and isn't afraid to take on something different. We value quality work, strong diagnostics, accountability, and getting the repair right the first time.

Compensation:

Competitive and based on experience, diagnostic ability, tools, certifications, and overall skill level.
