Professional Growth Hourly Pay:
$25-$35 / Hour, with final compensation determined based on relevant experience, certifications, education and demonstrated skills.

What You'll Do As a Diesel Technician, you'll maintain and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks to keep our customers on the road.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues Performing preventative maintenance and inspections Completing repairs ranging from minor fixes to major overhauls Disassembling and reassembling components accurately and efficiently Documenting work with clear, detailed service notes Using basic computer systems for work orders and diagnostics Performing other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Hands-on experience working on diesel engines or commercial trucks Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School Diploma and/or GED Valid Driver's License with a good driving record required; (CDL preferred) 4+ years of related experience and/or training preferred Basic computer skills At Nextran, we value skilled technicians who take pride in their craft and understand the importance of keeping commitments—to our customers and each other.
