Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, the Light Duty Tow Operator will perform roadside service for various vehicles and trailers while also handling mobile light mechanical and rollback jobs.
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of towing experience. CDL Class A preferred but not required; candidates currently pursuing their CDL are encouraged to apply. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Clean driving record is essential. Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Proficient in using computer programs for information management. Flexible to work nights, weekends, and be on-call. Familiarity with the Denver area for efficient navigation. Experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs for light and medium-duty trucks. Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record. Commitment to passing a drug screening and eligibility to work in the U.S. Capability to perform physical requirements of the position and handle hand tools effectively. Possession of a smartphone for communication and documentation. Accurate documentation of all work on repair orders. Resilience and adaptability in a multitasking environment with tight deadlines. Maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive interactions with employees and customers. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adaptability to various weather conditions. Exceptional communication skills, especially during challenging interactions. Necessary tools (e.g., Snap-On KRL 3000 or equivalent) for job performance. Commitment to ongoing professional development with a minimum of 10 ASE Certifications in heavy truck or equivalent OEM training.
Experience:
Towing:
Minimum 2+ years required.
Light Mechanical Repair:
