Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site—from routine maintenance to complex issues Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and operational Representing Wiers with professionalism, consistency, and skill What You Bring 6+ years of diesel technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required) Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills Preferred Qualifications ASE certifications Manufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.) Mobile or field service experience DOT inspection experience Advanced diagnostic training The Right Mindset You're a problem solver who finds answers You work independently and manage your time effectively You take pride in doing the job right You carry yourself with professionalism and integrity You stay current with evolving technology About Wiers Fleet Partners Since 1964, Wiers has been a trusted partner in keeping commercial trucks on the road.
