Job Description

PURPOSE. To maintain company equipment in accordance with company standards, while maximizing utilization and uptime with a focus on company cost objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES.
Assist in performing most repairs and services. Repair equipment in the most effective manner with a focus on quality and cost control. Conduct all repairs in a manner that emphasizes personal and coworker safety. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Basic Hand Tools Required (Service Manager can provide list) Technician must have Required list within 30 days of employment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS.
Experienced in computer based maintenance systems. High school diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED SKILLS.
Minimum one year of experience in vehicle repair. Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience. Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results. Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.
