This role ensures fleet and customer vehicle safety, reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance. Opportunity to use exceptional skills and knowledge to support overall business goals while mentoring and developing other technicians. Will work very close with management team to provide insight on overall shop operations. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems including drivetrain, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical components. Perform preventative maintenance services such as inspections, lubrication, and fluid/filter changes. Conduct safety, emissions, clutch, brake, steering, suspension, and 5th wheel inspections and repairs as authorized. Safely operate tools and diagnostic equipment while maintaining compliance with DOT, company safety standards, and a clean work environment. Accurately document repairs and inspections, communicate shop concerns to management, and support team operations as needed.Qualifications:
6+ years of experience servicing light- medium
- and heavy-duty trucks, including preventative maintenance and diagnostics.
