Field Service Heavy Diesel Technicians needed for busy tractor store.
Location:
Crystal Tractor Ocala, 5400 FL 40, Ocala , FL 34482
Requirements :
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends. Employer has dress code and other requirements. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to provide customer service and have basic computer skills. Ability to attend to your work schedule every single day. Valid driver's license due to travel required. Employer conducts drug screening, motor vehicle record check, and background check. 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred. Diesel mechanic experience required. Service Technician experience required. Kubota experience preferred. Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination. Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
Responsibilities :
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership. Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair agriculture equipment. Communicate directly with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Record details of repairs made and parts used. Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operation and making adjustments, as necessary. Clean and lubricate parts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time (flexible schedules and some weekends) but 5 day work week!
Salary:
DOE; paid weekly
