Diesel Mechanic

We are actively seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join a dynamic team in Putnam County, FL . In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting inspections, PM services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Equipment and Trucks. Technicians will benefit from a strong company culture, professional work environment, and a great atmosphere.

Qualifications:

4+ years experience with hands-on Heavy-Duty Equipment diagnostic, repair, and maintenance experience. Valid Driver's license & a good driving record (CDL will be given preference). Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices. Basic math skills and the ability to read/understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams. Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external. Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude. Must have own tools.

Compensation:

$80,000•$90,000/year, dependent on previous experience. Paid time off. Flexible Health plan or Reimbursement. Career advancement opportunities and workplace flexibility. Will assist with relocation if needed.
