Job Description

KOCH FOODS

is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair diesel-powered trucks, trailers, and plant support equipment at our poultry manufacturing facility. You will perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on engines, hydraulics, electrical, braking, and refrigeration systems to keep logistics and production running safely and efficiently. Working in a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement, you'll document work, follow strict food safety and OSHA standards, collaborate with operations, and support reliability projects with opportunities to grow in maintenance and manufacturing.
