Job Description

Truck Country is looking for a hands-on Service Foreman to lead our technician team and help drive a high-performing, profitable service department. This role is ideal for a strong technician leader who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment and is ready to take the next step in leadership. What You'll Do:
Supervise and support Service Technicians on your assigned shift Assist with diagnostics and road testing as needed Review repair orders daily to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency Maintain technician efficiency at 96% or better while minimizing comebacks Partner with the Service Manager on technician development, training, and performance evaluations Mentor new technicians and support onboarding efforts Help drive department profitability and meet annual business plan goals Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment This position assumes full-service department leadership in the absence of the Service Manager.
What We're Looking For:
Valid CDL (preferred) Technical school certificate and/or related diesel service experience Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a shop environment Ability to interpret repair orders, safety rules, and technical documents Solid communication skills — both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Work Environment This is a hands-on leadership role in a working diesel shop environment. You'll be around heavy equipment, moving mechanical parts, noise, and shop conditions daily. Regular on-site presence is required. At Truck Country, we invest in our people.
