Champion Concrete Pumping & Conveying is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Hauser, Idaho. Since 1986, Champion has been a family-owned company serving Idaho, Washington, and Montana with industry-leading concrete pumping and conveying services. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair class 8 trucks (Mack, Kenworth, Peterbilt). Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet in accordance with Champion's maintenance standards. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, brake, steering, suspension, drivetrain, and pumping systems. Perform repairs and service on customer equipment as assigned. Complete equipment testing and road testing. Complete work orders and required electronic documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work safely while maintaining Champion's high standards for quality, customer service, and a neat, clean, and professional work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years of mechanic experience preferred, including experience with diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Class 8 trucks (Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and similar), diesel engines, hydraulic systems, construction equipment, or related heavy equipment. Must have own tools and valid driver's license. CDL required (training available to acquire). High School Diploma or equivalent.
