Diesel Mechanic Requirements:
1 + Years of Current or Recent experience as a Service Manager in Diesel/Truck Repair, Truck Equipment/Upfitting, Heavy / AG Equipment, or Fleet Maintenance OR 5+ Years of experience as a Diesel, Truck Equipment/Upfitting, or Heavy Equipment Shop Foreman / Lead Tech required Experience with Municipal Snow/Ice Equipment, Truck/Equipment Upfitting, or AG Equipment is a huge plus
Diesel Mechanic Benefits:

Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:
This role involves managing the daily operations of a truck equipment and agricultural equipment service department Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating shop workflow, scheduling repairs and truck upfitting projects, managing work orders, assisting customers, etc. Additional duties include overseeing shop productivity, developing customer relationships, and supporting business development Work primarily includes servicing commercial fleet trucks, agricultural equipment, hydraulic and brake systems, suspension systems, precision agriculture GPS systems, and custom truck equipment Working on equipment including service bodies, flatbeds, dump bodies, PTO and hydraulic systems, lift gates, hoists, toolboxes, and fertilizer application equipment As a diesel mechanic you will work in a clean safe environment Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
