We are looking for a skilled, motivated technician to join our growing team. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mobile Road Service Technician to provide on-site diagnostics and repairs for tractor-trailers. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys independence and solving complex mechanical issues in the field. Key Responsibilities Respond professionally to roadside service calls for tractor-trailers Identify mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues (ABS, ECM, emissions/EGR) Perform brake system service, electrical troubleshooting, fuel system repairs, and trailer bodywork (doors, landing gear, etc.) Conduct scheduled PMs at customer locations Maintain accurate logs of parts, labor, and service work Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of technician experience preferred; 1 year of diesel/Class 8 experience required Strong understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, and air brakes Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL and ASE certifications are a plus) Strong working knowledge of DOT compliance and safety standards Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions Compensation & Benefits 4 day work week- Monday through Thursday schedule—Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week Medical, Dental, and Vision—85% company-paid for employee and family Competitive hourly wage with overtime opportunities and an Annual Cost of Living Increase Paid parental leave and a dedicated PPE allowance
