What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Sign-on bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Basic life insurance Accident and critical illness insurance Employee discounts on products and services Flexible scheduling options Strong work-life balance Ongoing Ford factory training and career advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Perform repairs accurately and efficiently according to repair orders, dealership standards, and Ford factory guidelines Diagnose diesel engine and vehicle system concerns and complete necessary repairs Complete repairs within current skill level while continuing to expand technical expertise Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or maintenance needs Communicate findings and recommendations with Service Advisors and Dispatch Accurately document all repairs and recommendations on repair orders Road test vehicles when necessary to verify repairs Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Ford Certified Diesel Technician experience required Minimum of 2+ years working on Ford diesel vehicles ASE certifications preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical background Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check Clean and valid driver's license Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to push or maneuver disabled vehicles Stand for extended periods Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces Strong fine and gross motor skills for tool and equipment operation Ability to work with varying lighting conditions and digital screens Visual acuity to identify fine mechanical details Bob Loquercio is an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
