Job Description

Your Next Mission:
Keep the Fleet Rolling Not all heroes wear capes… some show up with a toolbox, a solid work ethic, and zero fear of a little grease. At Williams NationaLease , our trucks have one job: stay on the road. Your job? Make sure they never have a reason to stop. We're looking for a Diesel Technician to join our Preventative Maintenance crew in Springfield, IL — the frontline team that keeps breakdowns from ever becoming a problem. If you like solving problems before they happen and working with a team that actually pulls its weight, this might be your next move. Your Schedule (No Surprises Here) 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Saturdays as needed (boost that paycheck) Your Pay Range Level 1: $52K
  • $60K Level 2: $60K
  • $71K Level 3: $71K
  • $82K (
Basically:
the more experience you bring, the more you earn. ) Your Day-to-Day This is where the real work happens: Knock out preventative maintenance on tractors & trailers Handle oil changes, greasing, filters, and fluid checks Perform inspections and catch issues before they turn into breakdowns Take care of minor repairs and part replacements Follow PM schedules to keep everything safe, compliant, and road-ready What You Bring to the Table At least 12 months of diesel or PM experience Tractor-trailer experience?
