Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly with diesel engines. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently. The Diesel Mechanic will work on a variety of vehicles and heavy equipment, contributing to the overall performance and reliability of our fleet. CDL is a Huge Plus! Duties
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
  • Perform automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues.
  • Execute brake repairs and other essential vehicle maintenance tasks.
  • Assemble and disassemble engine components as needed.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely during repair processes.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required for various repair tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders. Experience
  • Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with a focus on diesel engine repair.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and automotive diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with brake repair techniques and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate various tools safely.
  • A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in diesel mechanics are preferred.
