Role:
FleetPride is seeking a Diesel Technician III — a senior-level technician with the experience and confidence to diagnose, repair, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues independently . This role supports medium- and heavy-duty equipment , including tractors, trailers, and box trucks , in a high-volume shop environment. As a Level III technician, you'll be trusted with advanced diagnostics, major component repairs, and mentoring of junior technicians — without being tied to nights or weekends.

What We're Looking For:
7+ years of diesel technician experience (MD/HD preferred). Proven ability to perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with minimal supervision. Experience mentoring or guiding other technicians. Strong communication with service managers, writers, and customers. Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. CDL A or B preferred (not required). Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and highly efficient work ethic.
Advanced Technical Expertise:
Electrical diagnostics & schematic interpretation. Advanced air brake systems. Brakes, wheel ends, and suspension. Steering & alignment. Cooling and A/C systems. Drivetrain diagnostics & repairs. Transmissions, clutches, differentials. Aftertreatment systems (DPF, DEF, SCR). Upper & lower engine work. OEM diagnostic software familiarity. DOT inspections and compliance.
