In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty diesel vehicles, in a fast-paced environment that values technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, , brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, alignment, shocks & struts replacement, and air brake inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems by interpreting schematics and utilizing automotive electrical system diagnostics to identify root causes of issues. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly to advisors and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed. Requirements Proven dealership experience with heavy truck repair or diesel mechanics is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical components. Familiarity with schematics for automotive electrical systems Ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software effectively. Certification as a Diesel Technician or equivalent technical training from an accredited program is required. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship in all tasks performed. Monday - Friday work schedule - no weekends.
