Professionalism matters here — and a sense of humor is always welcome. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and service marine and industrial diesel equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support customers after the sale. Follow service manuals and schematics to complete repairs safely. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles. What We're Looking For 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience (marine is a plus, not required). Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Team player willing to step in and help when needed. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Rebuild experience is highly valued, but we will train technicians who are motivated to learn. Stable work history is a major plus — we're looking for someone who wants a long-term home, not just the next paycheck.
