Job Description

Core Responsibilities Utilize diagnostic tools like
JPRO, OEM
software, multimeters, and Windows systems to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in tractors and trailers. Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of our tractor and trailer fleet. Conduct thorough DOT inspections to ensure full compliance with FMCSA standards. Maintain physical readiness to handle equipment, including the ability to lift or pull 50 lbs, work in various positions for long durations, and maneuver effectively to access machinery. Carry out comprehensive preventive maintenance, such as fluid changes, filter replacements, and detailed safety checks of both interior and exterior cab features to keep the fleet in top condition. Execute fundamental electrical repairs, including the replacement of batteries, alternators, and starters. Examine and swap out essential engine parts, transmission and clutch systems, and drive line components. Perform the removal and installation of various chassis and steering system parts.
