What You'll Do This unique role combines expert hands-on mechanical work with customer service management.

You will:

Build Emergency Vehicles:

Transform brand-new vehicles into fully equipped emergency units by installing truck bodies, light bars, wire harnesses, controllers, partitions, and HVAC connections.

Perform Expert Repairs:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, heavy-duty equipment, and complex electrical systems.

Maintain & Inspect:

Handle routine maintenance and safety inspections on both company and customer vehicles.

Manage Customer Service:

Schedule and manage customer service needs with professionalism and accuracy.

Stay Organized:

Keep accurate records of work performed, log parts used, handle data entry, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Proven experience working with diesel systems and heavy equipment.

Skills:

Strong mechanical know-how and diagnostic equipment troubleshooting skills.

Drive:

The ability to work independently, find new efficiencies, and contribute fresh ideas.

License:

A valid Driver's License is required. Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach above or below shoulder level.
