Full Job Description Position:
Mobile Heavy Duty Semi Truck Mechanic Location:
Downriver, MI (Detroit/Toledo area)

$38 an hour (based on experience)
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Heavy Duty Semi Truck Mechanic to join our growing team. This is a field-based position servicing customers on-site, handling breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and repairs. You will be working independently with a company-provided service truck.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair semi trucks and trailers on-site Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and DOT inspections Handle roadside breakdowns efficiently and professionally Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers Accurately document work performed and hours worked
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, air, and mechanical systems) Ability to work independently without supervision Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required) Must have own tools
