Ideal candidates bring diesel, hydraulic, and electrical repair experience. Apply today for steady day-shift work and hands-on repair responsibilities. Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on front-discharge concrete mixer trucks, Kenworth tractors, trailers, and concrete plant equipment. Diagnose and repair diesel, electrical, hydraulic, air brake, and tire issues. Inspect equipment, identify mechanical problems, and complete repairs that keep the fleet and plant safe and reliable. Service and replace worn or damaged components and confirm equipment performance after repairs. Support daily shop priorities across fleet and production equipment during seasonal operating demands.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience repairing heavy equipment, diesel trucks, or similar commercial fleet equipment. Working knowledge of diesel, electrical, hydraulic, air brake, and tire systems. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues and complete preventive maintenance and repairs. Ability to service a mixed fleet of concrete mixer trucks, tractors, trailers, and plant equipment. Must complete a pre-employment drug screen and motor vehicle record check. #SJ1
Compensation:
$37.50/hour starting pay Overtime paid at 1.5x ($56.25/hour) after 8 hours per day and for Saturday work
