Diesel Mechanic / Service Technician Midwest Machinery Co. 320-257-4032 Diesel Mechanic - Hands-On Work, Real Growth Opportunities Midwest Machinery Co. (MMC) is a fast-growing, family-owned John Deere dealership with 29 locations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The Position We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Diesel Mechanic who is passionate about keeping agricultural and turf equipment running at peak performance. This role involves a mix of diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on both customer and dealer-owned equipment. Some tasks are straightforward, while others require critical thinking and problem-solving. You'll have support from Service Managers and Senior Technicians to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.
