Job Description

As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of industrial equipment. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability and supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities ✓ Promote a professional, customer-focused experience while maintaining accountability and trust. ✓ Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on forklifts, material handling, aerial, and compact construction equipment. ✓ Diagnose and repair equipment powered by electric, LP, and gas systems. ✓ Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to accurately identify issues. ✓ Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment. ✓ Maintain detailed and accurate service records for all work performed. ✓ Communicate with internal teams regarding repair status and timelines. ✓ Identify and source parts needed to complete repairs. ✓ Support overall service department operations as needed.
Requirements:
✓ Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. ✓ Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. ✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ✓ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. IND1
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
