  • Diesel Technician Monday-Friday, Day Shifts Available! Our Clarke Vehicare team is currently looking for Truck Mechanic
  • Diesel Technicians to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service.
In this role, Technicians will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. What are the duties?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all types of brake, steering & suspension, electrical, A/C, & engine repairs Test drive vehicles under 26,000 GVW Cummins & Heavy Duty Equipment experience required Assist other technicians when needed Potential Mobile work required Must be able to work independently Transmission experience is a PLUS PHYSICAL and
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. The associate must be able to read and write reports. Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.?
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred
  • One year certificate from college or technical school Cummins & Heavy Duty Equipment experience required Minimum of 5 years related repair experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES and
LICENSES
Valid Driver's License Preferred
  • CDL Preferred
  • ASE certifications Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card Why should you apply?
