What We Offer Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 , based on experience, certifications, manufacturer training, and overall qualifications. Transitioning to a new dealership can be challenging. That's why we offer a 90 - 180-day guaranteed income program for qualified technicians. During your onboarding period, you'll receive guaranteed earnings while becoming familiar with our dealership processes, customers, and workflow. The length and amount of the guarantee will be based on experience and qualifications.
