Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) with company match What You'll Do Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components with minimal supervision Perform preventative maintenance and detailed safety inspections Keep accurate digital records of repairs and parts used Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop and yard Provide mentorship to junior mechanics when needed Work closely with fleet management and operations staff to keep vehicles on the road
What You Bring Experience:
3-5+ years as a heavy-duty diesel mechanic (fleet maintenance preferred)
Technical Skills:
Strong in diagnostics, troubleshooting, DEF systems, and aftertreatment repairs; must provide your own tools
Systems Knowledge:
Proficient in hydraulic and electrical systems
Equipment Familiarity:
Experience with vacuum trucks, hydro-excavators, or municipal fleet equipment is a plus
Licensing:
Valid Driver's License required; CDL Class B (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) preferred
Work Style:
Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable
Communication:
