Full Job Description Description:
Integrity Towing Solutions, a leader in private property impound towing, is dedicated to delivering excellence and professionalism in the industry. We're looking for a skilled and self-motivated Diesel Mechanic to keep our mixed fleet running at peak performance — because when our trucks are down, so is our business.
What You'll Do:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a mixed fleet of tow trucks, including both newer and high-mileage vehicles requiring close attention Service and maintain Dodge Ram 4500 chassis vehicles and Jerr-Dan towing systems Service tow dollies and associated towing equipment Diagnose and repair both diesel and unleaded passenger vehicles Manage the parts room, including inventory control, parts ordering, and supplier price negotiation to control costs Assist in assessing vehicle damage claims with accuracy and professionalism Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate clearly using basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Partner with drivers and management to minimize vehicle downtime and keep the fleet road-ready

Requirements:
What You'll Need:
Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably with a mixed fleet environment Hands-on experience with Dodge Ram 4500 chassis vehicles strongly preferred Familiarity with Jerr-Dan towing systems and tow dolly maintenance a significant plus Experience managing a parts room, including inventory, ordering, and vendor/supplier negotiation Ability to diagnose and repair both diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles Proficiency with basic MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check
