What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled services on medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspension, steering, electrical, and hydraulic components. Utilize diagnostic software and specialized tools to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently. Complete DOT inspections and ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation. Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and management to maximize fleet uptime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For Previous diesel mechanic or diesel technician experience required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience with preventative maintenance and major component repairs. Knowledge of Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Paccar, Caterpillar, International, Volvo, or similar diesel platforms. Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus. Own tools preferred (tool allowance available if applicable). Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety. Why Join Our Team?
