Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. Experience in working on all makes and models of trucks and equipment. Proficient with DPF systems, emissions systems and after aftertreatment repairs. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty diesel equipment, including trucks, industrial machinery, and maintaining our own fleet. Ability to perform advanced computer diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with engine, transmission, electrical and hydraulic repairs. Must have your own basic tools. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, air brakes, hydraulics, suspension systems, and other heavy equipment components. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as tire services, and brake repairs to prevent future issues. Fabricate parts and modify equipment using power tools, welding techniques, soldering, and hand tools to meet specific operational needs. Assist with assembly, disassembly, and equipment repair projects while adhering to safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair findings clearly and offering maintenance recommendations for fleet longevity. Qualifications Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic with dealership or heavy equipment background preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, HVAC systems, shocks & struts, emissions and electrical components. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and troubleshooting software. Skilled in fabrication techniques including welding and soldering; capable of working with power tools safely. Ability to lift heavy components regularly and perform physically demanding tasks in various environmental conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused attitude; able to communicate technical information clearly. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
