• $25•30 per hour (based on experience)•Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime as Needed Final Grade Construction & Conservation is seeking an experienced, skilled, dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our team.

This role includes both shop-based repairs and local field service , working on heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment. If you can diagnose problems, turn wrenches without supervision, and take pride in keeping equipment running, we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing Shop and field maintenance/repair of heavy-duty trucks, equipment, and machinery Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Field service calls using a company service truck Communicating with operators and management on repairs and priorities What We're Looking For Proven experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attitude and strong work ethic Class B CDL preferred (for service truck) Own tools preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay: $25
