Build a Career. Precision Autoworks is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Diesel & Light Duty Truck / Fleet Repair Specialist to join our team. We service a wide variety of commercial fleet vehicles, work trucks, vans, diesel pickups, utility vehicles, and light-duty trucks. Our organization includes four successful repair facilities specializing in automotive, fleet, import, and commercial vehicle service. Our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, honest service, and investing in our employees. What You'll Be Working On Commercial fleet vehicles Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, RAM, and other domestic trucks Diesel pickups and light-duty diesel applications Cargo vans and service vans Box trucks and commercial vehicles Fleet preventive maintenance programs Suspension, steering, brakes, drivability, and electrical diagnostics Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline-powered trucks Perform fleet maintenance and preventative services Troubleshoot drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, and brake concerns Perform engine, cooling system, and fuel system repairs Complete inspections and document repair recommendations Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional automotive or diesel repair experience Experience working on light-duty trucks and commercial fleet vehicles Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Diesel experience strongly preferred Ability to use modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools ASE Certifications are preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in doing the job right Why Precision Autoworks?
