At Nature's Apprentice, our crews build incredible outdoor living spaces—and none of it happens without reliable equipment. We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment & Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet operating safely, efficiently, and ready for every job.

We're Looking for
Someone Who:
Has experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment and diesel trucks Can diagnose hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel engine issues Performs preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Troubleshoots equipment efficiently and accurately Works independently and manages time effectively Maintains accurate maintenance and repair records Has a valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) What You'll Be Doing Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy equipment and diesel trucks Performing scheduled maintenance and preventative service Repairing hydraulic, electrical, engine, and mechanical systems Keeping our fleet job-ready to minimize downtime for field crews Maintaining an organized shop and equipment records Ordering and tracking parts as needed Identifying potential issues before they become costly repairs Equipment You'll Work On Excavators Skid steers Wheel loaders Dump trucks Trailers Commercial pickup trucks Other landscape construction equipment Why You'll Like Working Here Family-owned company with a supportive, team-first culture Year-round, full-time employment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Work that makes a real impact on the success of every project A company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork What We Care AboutSkill matters.Reliability matters even more.

Salary:
