We have one opening available in our shop and are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running with a steady flow of both gas and diesel work. We aren't looking for just a "parts changer." We need a technician who is thorough, takes pride in the quality of their repair, and wants to be a foundational part of a growing business.
What We Offer Compensation:
$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience , with room to grow.
Flexible Pay Structure:
While our standard is commission-based, we are open to discussing a weekly salary plus bonuses based on hours completed for the right candidate.
Environment:
A two-bay shop with a heavy inventory of tools and a consistent workload.
Growth:
You'll be working in an environment where your input matters and your efficiency is rewarded. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is proficient in both gas and diesel platforms. While you don't need to be a master of every niche, you should be confident in the following areas:
General Maintenance:
Fluid services, filters, and multi-point inspections.
Under-Car:
Brakes, suspension, and steering components.
Diagnostics:
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
Heavy Repair:
Removing and replacing (R&R) major components.
Fabrication:
Basic welding and fabrication skills are highly valued.
Requirements & Responsibilities Thoroughness:
A high level of attention to detail in every repair.
Shop Stewardship:
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and participating in daily shop duties to keep the environment professional.
Professionalism:
A strong work ethic and the ability to manage your time effectively.
Teamwork:
A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a growing team.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
