Trainee/Entry Level Technician Diesel Mechanic

What You'll Do Learn directly from experienced technicians on real equipment repairs Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, battery checks, and greasing Move and prepare rental equipment so it's "Rent Ready" Wash and inspect machines for issues or damage Assist customers and drivers in the yard with loading/unloading Support the rental, parts, and service departments when needed What You'll Bring A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus) Someone who's hands-on, mechanically curious, and eager to learn A team player with integrity and a safety-first mindset Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Why Join Leppo?
