The Person We're Looking For Technical ability is extremely important to us, but so is the person behind the toolbox.
We want people who:
Take pride in doing quality work Show up and are dependable Work hard and have a sense of urgency Take ownership of their repairs Help the person working next to them Communicate when they need help Are willing to share their knowledge with other technicians Respect their coworkers and customers Keep their work area organized Want to learn and continue developing their skills Want to be part of a team, not just collect a paycheck We believe a strong maintenance operation is built by good people who can depend on one another. You Don't Need an Aviation Background We strongly encourage experienced mechanics from other industries to apply, including: Heavy Equipment Mechanics | Diesel Mechanics | Fleet Mechanics | Automotive Technicians | Forklift Mechanics | Construction Equipment Mechanics | Truck Mechanics | Agricultural Equipment Mechanics | GSE Technicians If you've spent years becoming a strong diagnostic mechanic, we recognize the value of those skills. We'll teach the right person the airport and GSE side of the business. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level Full-time employment Overtime opportunities Training on specialized airport equipment Variety of challenging diagnostic and repair work Opportunities for advancement as we grow A smaller, family-oriented work environment Leadership that values skilled technicians and listens to their input The opportunity to grow with an operation that is building for the future We're Building a Team We want people who are looking for more than their next job. We're building a team of talented mechanics who take care of the equipment, take care of the customer, and take care of each other. If you're an experienced mechanic who takes pride in being able to figure things out when others can't, we'd like to hear from you.
