Job Description

Diesel Mechanic Shift/Pay/Additional Information Day Shift:
Monday

Pay:
Hourly + 1.5x + Weekly Bonus + Year End Bonus $22.00/hr.
  • $26.00/hr. x 40 = $880.00
  • $1,040.00 $33.00/hr
  • $39.00/hr. x 20 = $660.00
  • $780.00 Weekly Bonus = 17% (current operations)
  • $255.00 Total Weekly Pay = $1,795.00
  • $2,075 Year End Bonus = Received in March/April @ 17% of Gross Production estimated $13,260 +
  • Total Yearly Income:
    $100,000.00+ Company also provides you with profit sharing stock units each year as well. Responsibilities
  • Looking for a Maintenance Technician to service various equipment
  • Candidates will be servicing the shredding machines
  • Will also do various ground/facilities maintenance.
  • Candidates will be performing 80/20 mechanical vs electrical on the industrial equipment
  • Mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, lifts, gates, shafts and various other equipment
  • Electrical troubleshooting. 110v to 480v
  • MIG welding and Stick welding on mild steel, must be able to fabricate and weld strongly
  • Reading of blueprints and schematics Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Toledo, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00
  • $58240.00/yr.
  • Weekly Bonus (based on production) from 0 to 50% of their weekly production
  • Yearly Profit sharing (this based on the candidates overall pay from the year before. For the past six years profit sharing bonus was at 25% of their overall year end salary)
