Diesel Mechanic Level C Nights

Invest your skills in a company that invests in you. As a Diesel Mechanic as Estes, you'll use your expertise to help keep North America's largest privately held LTL carrier rolling. Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, and forklifts Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues Conduct safety inspections and complete necessary documentation Interpret work orders and manuals, replacing defective parts as needed Test equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer standards and regulations This is not an all-inclusive list of job requirements and/or duties and may not contain all mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform the job at all times due to circumstances. Employees are expected and must be able to perform all such duties and tasks Requirements High school diploma, GED, or any combination of education At least 18 years old Minimum of one-year experience and/or completion of trade school; or equivalent combination of education and experience Own tools and be able to use them Salary Hourly rates between $35.50 - $37.50, based on qualifications and skills
