Diesel Mechanic Working Foreman | $82500.00 per year Description Working Foreman - Diesel Trucks Wellsville, PA Salary $75,000-$80,000 Aim Transportation is seeking an experienced Working Foreman II to lead maintenance operations while remaining actively involved in hands on repairs. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, process management, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a working leader who can manage daily workflow, coach technicians, and perform complex trailer and equipment repairs. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support of a maintenance technician Assign work, prioritize repairs, and monitor productivity and quality Enforce safety policies, DOT compliance, and company maintenance standards Provide hands on repair support as required, including complex and specialized repairs Train and mentor technicians to improve skills, performance, and consistency Coordinate with operations, parts, and leadership to ensure equipment availability Benefits for

Requirements Technical Requirements Strong knowledge and hands on experience repairing: Conestoga trailers Aluminum open bed / flatbed trailers Possibly tractors (experience preferred but not required) Advanced welding experience (MIG, stick; aluminum welding preferred) Proficient in structural, suspension, brake, and body repairs Solid understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations Ability to diagnose mechanical and structural issues independently Qualifications 5+ years of trailer maintenance experience, including flatbed or Conestoga equipment Prior lead mechanic or foreman experience preferred Welding certifications a plus CDL preferred but not required Aim Transportation Solutions is a Top 30 Logistics Company! We are family-owned and financially strong.
